An avid real estate investor himself, Terence has also bought, renovated, and resold approximately 150 properties and has even written a book about it, Flipping Main Street, which was published in 2022. Grace Anderson began her real estate career working in the family real estate business renovating distressed properties. Realizing she liked working with people much more than hammers and nails, Grace obtained her real estate license in 2020 and has been busy ever since helping dozens of clients to buy and sell homes, commercial properties, vacant land, and even apartment complexes. Tera Lipski is a Norcal Native born and raised in Shasta County. She has 13 years experience in real estate – including Residential sales, Purchases, Commercial, Land, Manufactured sales and also specializing in distressed properties, reos, short sales, and auction properties. Tera specializes in guiding clients through the whole purchase process while providing exceptional communication and attention to details every step of the way. This helps her clients to be fully prepared for their home purchase or sale. Danit was born in Israel, graduated high school then served in the Israeli Military (IDF) as a Boot Camp Commander for 2 years. She immigrated to the USA in 2004 and is now proud to be an American Citizen. Danit has a very diverse life experience and has traveled to over 20 countries around the world.
This diverse life experience has taught her how to overcome challenges with people in very difficult situations and she draws on this experience to help her clients effortlessly navigate their Real Estate transactions.
Danit met her husband Kasey in Redding. They have been married for almost 20 years and enjoy raising their 2 smart boys and living the country lifestyle that Shasta County has to offer.

His family has deep roots in the community. Kasey’s great-grandfather moved to Redding in the early 1940s to help build Shasta Dam. He was born living in Shingletown and moved down to Redding shortly after. Throughout his early years Kasey lived in multiple cities across several states. In 2008 with his wife, Danit Dollar, they decided to settle down and start a family. They moved back to Redding and it turned out to be the best decision they could have made. Redding has been amazing to them, and they feel blessed to raise their two boys in this great city.
Kasey has mastered the buying and selling side of each real estate deal, and still love the thrill of the “house hunt.”

Jamie Ingram, CFO
Jamie joined the Terence Davis and Associates team in 2020.
As CFO, she provides strategic leadership for the company’s business and finance functions, oversees budget planning, and assists the team in providing a seamless and personalized experience for every client. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting & Economics/Finance from Notre Dame de Namur University.
Jamie began her career in finance at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration across a broad range of industries, including The Bank of Sacramento, Aramark Uniform Services, and Owens Healthcare. Her expertise and strategic support, along with her dedication to efficiency and goal-driven direction, are instrumental in empowering Terence Davis and Associates to truly offer more.
Both natives of Northern California, Jamie and her husband John have deep roots in Shasta County. She is passionate about, and committed to, helping our community thrive as they raise their two beautiful daughters in the North State.
