I contacted Terence Davis & Associates for help in selling my brothers home and finding a new home for him closer to his family. It was a very challenging time for all of us, as my brother’s wife had just passed away. That is when we were introduced to Grace Anderson, she was very understanding with my brother and his needs. We were having a hard time understanding a lot of the home selling process, but Grace was able to help us with all the ins and outs. Not only was Grace was able to sell my brother’s home, she was able to find him exactly what he asked for in his new one. I really believe if we did not have Grace by our side thru this process it would have been much more difficult. Any time we called or messaged, she would contact us as soon as she could. Grace made us feel like we were family and our needs mattered, it was really nice to work with someone that was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
